DEAN P. BULFONE CMN's founder, was educated at Simon Fraser University, in Finance of the Business Administration Program; UBC and the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Real Estate and Urban Land Development. He is a licensed Sub-Mortgage Broker and a member of the Mortgage Brokers Association of BC.

Mr. Bulfone has in excess of 14 years experience in real estate development and finance. Following many summers working in residential and commercial construction, he graduated to work in finance with United Capital Corp., a Vancouver-based, and pension fund management and brokerage company. He then went on his own to work in land development where he gained valuable hands-on experience with the subdivision and development process.

Combining finance, with construction and development, Mr. Bulfone joined Bancorp in 1999 and had the privilege of learning mortgage banking from some of the most experienced individuals in the business. Bancorp's comprehensive training process provided industry contacts and an extensive knowledge base for the preparation of an in-depth project analysis, including market rates, absorption levels and cost/sales analysis. He gained experience in complex financing transactions such as the formation of lending syndicates, where more than one participating lender is required. After several years with Bancorp, he left to form CMN. CMN maintains access to their funds and a good relationship with Bancorp.

Dean has experience in all aspects of real estate financing, and has represented Borrowers in financing in excess of $250,000,000 worth of real estate projects, including the development of over 1,000 residential units. Dean has utilized his experience with lenders to develop comprehensive underwriting and presentation formats, that are adapted to meet specific requirements of individual borrowers which attracts the best financing solution for each situation.

TAMER VOCKEROTH CMN's office manager keeps the office running smoothly. Ms. Vockeroth was educated at the University of Calgary, in the Commerce Program and has extensive business experience. Tamer grew up in an award winning, retail business family, where she worked (and eventually managed) for over 15 years. Efficient, detail-oriented and friendly, she brings a wealth of experience in administration to the inner workings of CMN.
